The Payroll API helps you access processed payroll data, generate government and internal reports, and manage payroll adjustments directly from your systems.

Key Capabilities:

  • Basic Salary

  • De Minimis

  • Absent/Late Deductions

  • Allowances

  • Government Contributions for both Employee and Employer Share

    • SSS

    • Philhealth

    • PAGIBIG (HDMF)

  • Gross Pay

  • Net Pay

  • And other compensation and deductions added to the employees in a payroll run.

  • Generate BIR Form 2316 (per employee)

  • Generate Payslip PDFs (per payroll period)

External Adjustments API

This service provides you the ability to insert one-time adjustments that will be included to the employees as deduction or earnings in a payroll run.

The following information must be provided in Sprout Payroll:

  • Adjustment Type

  • Adjustment Name

  • Adjustment Code

  • Amount (accepts positive and negative values)

  • Remarks

  • Applied Before Tax (Yes or No)

  • Taxable (Yes or No)

Use Case Example:

A finance team uses the Payroll API to sync payroll summaries into their accounting software, eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing financial discrepancies.
