HR General Service
This services enables you to manage HR General Related functions via API. Most of the data and transactions that do not fall within both "Employee Service" and "Time and Attendance Service" falls within HR General Service.
You may retrieve HR app specific settings such as Access Levels, Company, Departments, Locations, etc. using the HR General Service. Depending on availability, the APIs can also enable you to trigger certain transactions that actual user can do via the HR UI.
Under the Administrator View of Sprout HR, you can see all of the settings specific to your Sprout HR account and be able to manage them via the HR General Service.
When available, an example of a transaction that you can trigger with the HR General Service is the post announcements feature in Sprout HR.
